André von Malotki is Founder and CEO of Braintrust Education. With more than 20 years of executive leadership in the global education sector, he has held senior roles with leading organisations including the Klett Group and the Fresenius Education Group. His career spans strategic growth, digital innovation and institutional repositioning across higher education, vocational training and K-12. Today he leads institutions through strategy, governance and change, with AI as the modern edge of that work.
Known for his international outlook and hands-on leadership, André has guided organisations through critical transitions and growth phases in Europe and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Sunderland in the UK and an MBA from the International School of Management in Germany, in collaboration with Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa. He has also completed executive education in Leadership Excellence at UBC Sauder School of Business in Canada.
He serves as a member of the University Council at Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences and as an ambassador for UBC Sauder Executive Education.

Tatiana Melo is Co-Founder and CMO of Braintrust Education, where she leads marketing strategy, brand development, market intelligence and client engagement across global markets. With more than 15 years of experience in branding and corporate communications, she brings deep expertise from multinational companies in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors across Latin America.
Born in Recife, Brazil, she holds a degree in Business Administration and has pursued advanced training in neuroscience, psychology and behavioural coaching, including tailored executive programmes at FEBRACIS. Her approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human behaviour, helping education organisations position themselves with clarity, authenticity and purpose.
At Braintrust Education, Tatiana drives international growth, client relations and research-driven communication that strengthens institutional impact and visibility. A native Portuguese speaker, she connects our work across Europe and Latin America.
